IPhone App and Landscape Typing?

I have the IPhone and I get tired of texting on the small keyboard and I heard somewhere that you can buy an app that has a landscape typing keyboard (the full keyboard when you turn it sideways) I looked and all I saw was for emails and sending text messages through email. I want it where I can just text and email normally but with the power to turn it sideways for the landscape typing.
If you know or have an app that you know for sure has what I want that would help me alot

So far there is no app with this capability.

The only one that exists is, in fact, the one you mentioned, and it only works for email.

The style of the average home has changed over the years. Large old farmhouses had huge front porches, which were an extension of the family living room. The porches were extremely large. Therefore, a lot of outdoor furniture was required. However, most of the furniture used was merely brought from inside. One piece of furniture was a fixture of most families outdoor furniture, that piece of furniture was a rocking chair. In the 18th century, the rocking chair was known as the American chair. The wooden rocker was also a lot more comfortable than the wrought iron furniture of the day.

You do not see nearly as many rocking chairs now as you did back then.

Another very popular piece of outdoor furniture was the porch swing. The porch swing was a relaxing piece of outdoor furniture on a hot summer evening. Remember, there were no air conditioners back in the 1800Â’s.

Wicker outdoor furniture was the next style of furniture that became popular in Victorian times. It was popular because it was fancier than the existing outdoor furniture. Plant stands and many different types of tables were added to the porches of American families. The Victorian style was the more the better. Many families had porches full of outdoor furniture.

In the South, many large homes had Verandas. The porch was larger to support the Veranda. These porches had a lot of large over sized furniture such as wicker or cotton upholstered outdoor furniture. Unfortunately, the weather in the South was not indicative to keeping cotton, upholstered furniture outside. Wrought iron furniture was a popular choice in this era as well. To alleviate the uncomfortable iron, cushions were used on chairs.

In the 1930Â’s, casual outdoor furniture began to appear. Handcrafted wrought iron, cast and tubular aluminum became popular years later. However, comfortable outdoor furniture was desirable to consumers. Lawn chairs became the rage along with straight back chairs as the urban centers became more populated and places to sit outdoors were much smaller in the city.

As the suburbs became a popular place for families, more outdoor furniture was required. This was where the real need for outdoor patio furniture began. People wanted to extend their entertaining outdoors and the need for outdoor furniture grew tremendously. This trend continues to grow today.

More high-tech materials are developed for the construction of outdoor patio furniture, as people want durability, ease of care and strength from their patio furniture. People are spending more and more time outdoors and extending their homes through the concept of outdoor kitchens and rooms. Entertaining at home has made it necessary to have a variety of types of outdoor furniture available. People own hot tubs, swimming pools and many more outdoor toys, which require specific outdoor furniture. As the people demand it, outdoor patio furniture will continue to evolve into stylish pieces they can use everyday.

Yes, the big box stores and other building supply or local lumber stores may have them. The precast piers are designed to sit right at or near ground level in instances where buried posts or poured concrete footings are not required. If unsure, check with your local building dept to find out if and how piers can be used in your area.

Most areas of the country DO require footings or piers to fall below the frostline on permanent or attached structures so poured concrete works the best. The reason precast piers are not used on permanently placed structures in frost areas is because these structures need a more stable foundation [piers / posts sunk below the frost line (42" where I am in southern Michigan) or if that is not an issue then until solid ground]. In the colder climates, precast piers may be useful in "temporary" (building department term with various meanings) and detached structures such as a gazebo, small shed, or playhouse, etc. In the case of a deck, many building departments insist that these are permanent structures and require more stringent rquirements.

An important thing to note: if you live in an area where the ground freezes and are using the precast piers - do NOT attach any part of the deck to a permanent structure such as your house. The reason is that the piers do not provide the same stability as the foundation to a house. i.e. the ground will move as it freezes and thus move the precast piers (and deck) with it. On the other hand, if you reside in an extremely warm climate, the precast piers should suit you fine although mother nature may offer a different set of challenges.

The precast piers are quite versatile and can act as a base for posts and even cradle joists and beams. In all cases, the piers need to be set on solid, firm, and level ground. The challenge is in hiding their unsightly and bulky appearance. You can design the deck to hide the piers as much as possible such as using the precast piers to support beams under a cantilevered deck and then bolt any railing posts to the perimeter deck framing. I guess it all depends on how high off the ground the deck has to be. Good luck and I hope this helps.

This site makes Charleston one of the most historic cities in the country, and you'll learn a lot of history on this educational field trip. Second, you'll take a boat over to Fort Sumter, which has great views of the Charleston Harbor! Fort Sumter is one of the most popular sites in Charleston for these 2 reasons.

4) Tired of walking? Take a Charleston carriage tour to see some of the most historic places in downtown Charleston. These guided, horse-drawn tours are very popular with tourists because they're a great way to see the city.

5) Charleston is known for its support of the arts. You'll find art galleries scattered throughout the city that you can visit. Or, if you want to see a lot of local artwork in one place, I recommend the Gibbes Museum of Art. They usually have several circulating exhibitions throughout the year.

6) Charleston has a range of sports teams to choose from. If you like college sports, I'd recommend looking into College of Charleston or the Citadel's schedules. Charleston also has the Riverdogs minor league baseball team downtown, the Battery professional soccer team on Daniel Island, and the Stingrays professional hockey team in North Charleston.

7) King Street has some of the best shopping in Charleston. You'll find clothing and accessory stores like Banana Republic, J. Crew, Saks, and Guicci. There are also a lot of specialty stores, like Le Creuset, and a plethora of shoe stores. The Apple store just opened in the past month or two, and it's always full of customers. You'll also find lots of coffee shops and restaurants.

If you enjoy playing golf, then Charleston is going to be a great place to vacation! Some of the nicest courses are in Kiawah Island, Daniel Island, Wild Dunes, and Daniel Island. You'll also find good options in Mt. Pleasant. Charleston hosts many big tournaments throughout the year, and a lot of the courses are designed by big names such as Tom Fazio.

9) One of Charleston's many plantation homes should also be on your list of things to see. The most popular are Boone Hall, Drayton Hall, Magnolia Plantation, and Middleton Place. Middleton Place, for example, appeared several times in the movie The Patriot, and it's just one of four of plantations in the area that show Charleston's long history.

10) The SC Aquarium is located in downtown Charleston. This is a very kid-friendly place, and the aquarium focuses on aquatic life that you'll find along the southeast coast. Be sure to check out what exhibition is currently at the aquarium, because they have some cool exhibits!

Also, keep in mind that Charleston hosts a variety of festivals and annual events throughout the year. So, for example, if you're planning on coming at the end of May, check to see you'll be here during the Spoleto Festival (since it's one of the biggest events in Charleston). Or, in December there is a spectacular holiday lights display at James Island County Park. You'll find special events almost every month of the year, so be sure to check those out!
