If you are starting from seed then you are too late. However, you can try to plant the cool weather seeds in Late August, early September for a Autumn harvest. Your cool weather seeds include Peas and kale. Yep, that's it. Most often you start your seeds indoors about 6 wks before last frost and then move them outside after last frost. Sometime in early to mid May.

Container gardening has become lately very popular with its use of various types of containers.
