1. Radiant Heated Floors - Radiant heat is unique because it first warms the coldest objects closest to the source. Thus, radiant heat is commonly installed under the floor. This means you can walk on your hard floors barefoot year round, and feel heat radiating at your feet. Radiant heat can be compared to the feeling of holding a warm mug, or walking barefoot on a warm beach. As opposed to forced air heat which tends to be dusty, dry and loud, radiant heat is simply warm and comfortable. It is a great way to add additional comfort to the home.
2. Dimmer Switches - Dimmer switches are great because you can now control the level of light in any room. Maybe you don't want bright light all the time. Maybe you would like to have lower lights in the evenings, for a better ambiance and a more comfortable feel. Dimmer switches are the way to go to improve the lighting comfort in your home. Not only are the more comfortable on the eyes, they are more comfortable on your wallet as well. A dimmer switch can save you money on electricity, as well as lengthening the life of your light bulbs.
3. Outdoor Stereo Systems - Whether you get outdoor speakers for your deck or patio, or landscape speakers throughout the yard, outdoor stereo systems are a fantastic way to make your backyard more enjoyable. This installation allows you to sit outside and listen to your favorite music in a comfortable atmosphere, or you can fill the air with great outdoor sounds scattered throughout the yard. Either way, it is a great way to enhance the acoustical ambiance of your landscaping.
4. Under Cabinet Lighting - Under cabinet lighting is a simple solution to lighting up dark countertops, and flooding light onto usually dark areas. There are both high and low voltage options, both of which will help to dramatically improve the look and feel of your kitchen. 5. On-Demand Water Heater - Getting a tankless on-demand water heater will provide you with instant hot water. A hot water recirculation system circulates the hot water at certain programmable times of day, so that you can get near instant hot water at the times you need it (ie – for your morning/evening shower). This helps make your home much more comfortable, and saves a lot of wasted water from running unnecessarily down the drain!
7. Additional Outlets - Everybody has a room in there house that could use an additional outlet or two. This is a great upgrade to any home, to make a more comfortable living. Additional outlets are not only incredibly convenient, they are also safer than loading up outlets with extension cords and multiple power strips.
8. Outdoor Security Lighting
Outdoor lighting is essential to enhancing the safety of your property. There are a variety of security lighting options available. You can get motion lights on your porch and surrounding areas, and even landscape lighting along walkways. All combustion products from the furnace are contained and exhausted, so there is no chance of the products getting into the air of the home. They run less often to produce required heat, providing greater fire safety. And, when installed by a certified professional, you can also get added benefit by having them install the right size furnace, which helps decrease noise, increase safety and comfort, and drastically reduce energy consumption.
