Briggs and stratton quantum XTL 45 spring either #217 or #209?
I have viewed the briggs 'Parts list exploded diagram' no use as it only shows you the parts but not a true exploded diagram as it doesnt show where parts go
i have what i believe to be throttle linkage set up 222 according to the manual but the spring was not connected. i seems wrong hooked over the small bellcrank hoop then to the governer wire hoop it seems too much tension although thats where i believe it goes. also the seller says 'mower engine is difficult to start put some fuel in the cylinder first, but runs fine
engine stop is on the operator presence lever
spark plug new and sparking.
cant see any holes in the primer system/choke on the other hand cant smell petrol when its pushed and i shove me nose in the carb.
Help could do with a photo of a correctly wired/levered up carb diagrams etc' Proper diagrams' Thanks Guys Matt

Of course, the next thing youÂ’ll have to think about is the kind of transmissionÂ…for instance, do you want automatic transmission, semi-auto transmission or a manual transmission? ATVs with manual transmission works pretty much the same way the gear of a car. If youÂ’re a beginner, you might want to consider an ATV with automatic transmission first. Riding an ATV with manual transmission can be quite a challenge especially if youÂ’ve never driven a car, ridden a motorbike or an ATV before. An ATV with semi-auto transmission is a cross between a manual and an auto. There are many variations among semi-automatic transmission models in the market. it will be great if you could get the help of a well-informed sales assistant to help you choose a suitable semi-automatic transmission ATV for you.

Although this is not the most important factor to take into account, for some, it makes a world of difference. You can choose between the following start methodsÂ…the Electric Start, the Kick Start and the Pull Start. With Electric Start, you can start the ATV with a simple push of a button. The Kick Start method requires you to use your leg to push a lever located, usually, at the lower portion of the ATV.
