How to remove drain pump in Whirlpool Cabrio washer?
I think something went through our Whirlpool Cabrio washer and is stuck in the water drain pump. Does anyone know how I can remove the pump to see what is rattling inside of it?
I tried to find some answers for you but I did not have alot of luck but I did find this site that you might go to and it could give you the information you are looking for .....

Pressure washers have been traditionally used to clean hard surfaces, such as concrete and tile floors, walkways, commercial, equipment, industrial machinery, and many other surfaces. The most significant reason that pressure washing systems are the machines of choice for commercial and industrial applications is the high level of power they generate. While all pressure washing machines share common features, there are many different categories and technologies available.
Types of Pressure Washers
There exists a large variety of pressure washing machines, such as electric pressure washers, commercial pressure washers, industrial pressure washers, gas pressure washers, and water pressure washers. Classifications of pressure washing machines can stem from the power method, pressure level, flow rates, designated application, heating method, mobility, or temperature options.
New Technologies
A pressure washer works by ejecting water across a surface at high pressure levels. The use of high temperature levels, as available with hot water or steam units, is an effective way to soften virtually all impurities and dirt and blast them away from most surfaces. Still, one requires advanced technologies for cleaning certain types of surfaces and for making the cleaning process easier. The following is an overview of modern technologies and innovations available in today's top pressure washers.
Automatically Switching Off
Due to the hefty, rugged nature of many water pressure washers, operators often use long hoses to work a distance from the machine. This allows for the operator to clean large areas in a shorter amount of time, without having to move the system. However, the problem with long hoses is the operators have to go back to the machine whenever they want to temporarily stop the work.
A new technology has been introduced to solve this problem. This automatic technology switches off the motor and pump of electric pressure washing machines when there is no output for a pre-defined time. For example, one can set the time to 30 seconds. That means when there is no flow through the pressure gun for 30 seconds, the pump and motor are turned off. When the operator wishes to begin work again, they simply squeeze the trigger. In other words, the operator can control the machine using the trigger gun.
Three-in-One Machines
One can classify the output of a pressure washer into three categories based on the temperature of the output: cold water, hot water, and steam. Cold water is often used for lighter commercial applications, while hot water and steam are designed for more demanding commercial and industrial applications. This simple fact can be applied: The higher the temperature, the faster and more effective the cleaning will be.
Latest models of pressure washer machines provide all three outputs. That is, a single machine can provide cold water, hot water, and steam temperature options independently. Such systems are called tri-mode. This enables operators to face a large variety of pressure washing applications with a single piece of equipment.
Other advanced technologies that make virtually any pressure washing task easier, faster, and more effective include dual or multi gun operation and super-high temperature steam cleaning technology. All of these technologies and more are available from the industry's most reputable suppliers.
