Carburetor Repair
Polaris Sportsman 90 2002 with a carburetor problem...?
I was wondering if anyone can give me some sites to fix the problem (like an online repair manual) or links to buy a rebuilt carburetor or purchase a low cost new one?
Every time we fire it up and give it gas it stalls... someone actually told us they rebuilt the carburetor.... which took over two months... my bf and his buddy put it on friday and it still stalls...
Any ideas?
Instead of buying another carb, just have a buddy or local shop adjust the one on the ATV. Most of the time a carb doesn't need parts. Also, add a quality inline filter. Good Luck !

We walk outside to run an errand, to go to school or work, and UGH, our scooter won't start! How frustrating. Here are some basic things to check quickly to get back on the road.
These steps should get most scooters going and get you on the road. If these don't work, it might be something more serious, but at least we've done the basics and saved us a repair bill for something that was silly or easy to fix by ourselves.
